Please note that an application form must be completed for each applicant over 18 who intends to live in the property and the form/s returned to Buccleuch John Sale before we are able to arrange a viewing of a property.

If you ask us to process references you will be asked to pay a fee of £25 per applicant. This fee is non refundable and covers the administration costs of processing applications.

We will be unable to offer a tenancy to an applicant who has not been met by one of our representatives or the landlord.
