Nick has extensive experience of buying and selling rural property having qualified with and worked for a leading national firm of property consultants in London before returning north to his roots. 

A chartered surveyor with unrivalled expertise and an in depth understanding of the rural property market, Nick was appointed as a Director of Buccleuch John Sale in June 2007 to help enhance the service to clients across south west Scotland.

Nick’s extensive experience of the property market ensures clients benefit from his professional advice.

He understands the needs of his clients and provides a specialist and personal service, whether buying, selling or managing any rural property, from cottages to castles.

 

Office Manager

Laura oversees the day-to-day management of the Dumfries office.   Degree qualified in Tourism Management, Laura brings a wealth of experience in giving excellent customer care, an expert local knowledge, a great interest in the housing sector and a caring, sympathetic attitude, assuring to do her best for clients.

 

Viewing Attendant

Barbara joined the team as a viewing attendant and brings to the company a wealth of experience and expertise, especially in the agricultural sector.

Barbara comes from a strong farming background and attended agricultural college herself so has a keen awareness of her client’s needs.  Her friendly, honest approach means she has built up a good rapport with clients and prospective buyers.
