Harry Lukas has long experience of buying and selling rural property throughout Scotland originally qualified with a major Scottish firm of chartered surveyors before starting with John Sale in 1985.  He has been a Director of Buccleuch John Sale from the start of the new venture with the Buccleuch Group and has helped to form the new group of professional services staff offering a wide spectrum of advice on all aspects of property backed by the long experience of the renowned Buccleuch estates.

He understands the needs of his clients and provides a specialist and personal service, whether buying, selling or valuing rural property, from large estates and farms to flats and cottages.

 

Office Manager

Dianne joined Buccleuch John Sale in 1998 as Office Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the busy Peebles Branch.  Dianne, with her wealth of local knowledge, and years of experience in the property market is an invaluable member of the company. The increasing number of people wishing to move to this area have greatly benefited from Dianne’s expertise.

 

Sales Negotiator

Angela has been a member of Buccleuch John Sale since April this year. She moved from Edinburgh to the Borders six years ago having worked for an Edinburgh Solicitor’s property department for a number of years, gaining knowledge of the Scottish market.
Angela is one of the sales negotiators based in their busy Peebles office.

Debbie joined Buccleuch John Sale in early 2006 , she came to the Borders form Birmingham where she was a  lending manager for a large mortgage company for 15 years, bringing to the busy Peebles office a wealth of mortgage lending and property experience.
